What is OK Advice?

How do I use OK Advice?

You can call us at normal call rates. You can also reach us using the chat function in My OK -service or via Facebook. Or you can email us using the e-mail address found in our letter.

MyOK enables you to pay your debt easily and safely using your own online banking credentials. You can also propose a suitable payment arrangement and edit your details. Sign into the service using the information in the letter.
